What do you like about Ross graduates?
They definitely have the basics of medical office knowledge. They understand HIPPA, safety precautions, confidentiality, and professionalism. They know what is appropriate and inappropriate.
What is something you like about working with Ross?
There is always a pool of qualified candidates. I can get multiple interviews very quickly, and they always come to me ready to work.
How is the Career Services staff at Ross?
Awesome. They are very responsive and extremely personable. They are are very customer service oriented. They listen when I have a concern or a question, and I don’t have to mince words with them. They want both negative and positive feedback.
How would you describe your experience with having externs from Ross?
It works really well because I can feel them out. It gives us a chance to see if people are a good fit for us and to see if our office is a good fit for them.
Overall, how would you assess the success rate of Ross graduates?
I would say it is definitely above average; it’s far higher than that of people recruited off the street.
What’s the main advantage of hiring a Ross graduate?
They can hit the ground running more than most. They know the medical terminology too. They ask the right questions because they have so much of the knowledge up front.
If it weren’t for Ross graduates, how would your office be affected?
We would have a very narrow pool of candidates to interview. I have been very happy using Ross.
