How long does medical billing and coding training take?

To earn your certificate or diploma from a Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration program, your time in the classroom can be completed in just 30 weeks for day session students and 42.5 weeks for evening session students. Once you have completed the classroom portion of the program, filled with important practice, information, and demonstrations regarding your future career, you will be placed in a real healthcare environment to complete your externship.
