Our Grand Rapids, Michigan campus is excited to announce the hiring of Wayne Downing as Campus Director and Matt Christensen as Assistant Campus Director.
Wayne Downing brings over 20 years of management experience to the Ross team. He served for 22 years in the United States Air Force. He was a Senior Master Sergeant working in operations, technology training and law enforcement. Wayne has extensive experience working in higher education as an enrollment manager at University of Phoenix and working at Davenport University’s online division. He earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Matt Christensen joins Ross with nearly seven years of management experience. Matt recently worked as the Customer Service Manager for Legal Copy Services and he was the Assistant Manager at Burger King. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in communications from Grand Valley State University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Central Michigan University.
