During the fair, each of them had the opportunity to network with the employers to learn more about the different opportunities within each of the organizations as well as talk and share experiences with eachother and staff. The students and graduates came to the event dressed to impress; it was evident that mock interviews and Career Services talks had made a great impact.

During their time at the campus, many of them had the chance to discuss specific openings with various employers. It was also great to see that two of the Mercy Health Recruiters are continuing to support the mission and goals of Ross. This is communicated consistently through their active participation in all of the Ross events. According to the Mercy Health Talent Acquisition Specialist, “I thought the career fair was a great event and could tell that it is growing and was excited to see additional employers there. I was able to connect with upcoming graduates and encourage them to apply early. Thank you for inviting Mercy Health to the Career Fair. We enjoy working with Ross Medical and hope to continue our partnership.”
