“My experience at Ross was absolutely amazing. I had lost my job after being in retail and food service management for most of my life; I thought it was the worst day of my life. However, after a family friend told me about Ross, with every step I felt like I belonged; Ross felt like home. After graduating and getting a job that I love, I realize that my career ending was the best thing that could have happened to me. I only wish that I had done this years ago.” Lynnell H. | Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration | Sylvania, OH | Graduated February 2014
