“Ross was such a great experience! You get more one-on-one help. It reassured me that this is what I wanted to do. Everyone on the campus wanted to make sure I was doing great. Everybody I met, from the time I started until the time I ended, kept in contact with me to make sure I was getting the best out of my Ross education. Complete the Medical Assistant Program Online in Our New Hybrid Program!

The new Medical Assistant Online-Campus Hybrid Program will combine the best of both of the clinic and administrative sides of the existing Medical Assistant program. The students will use the same textbook materials and stay in sync with students attending the on campus class. Hybrid students will participate in online classes under the instruction and guidance of an online instructor. Each week they will be introduced to new assignments, required reading materials, and participate in online discussions. The discussions will focus on subjects taught in the current module. Hybrid students will submit their assignments through an easy-to-use online program called Canvas, which is available to them 24 hours a day. All assignments, tests, due dates, and instructor help will be accessed through Canvas.

Hybrid students will be required to join the campus class two nights a week. This affords them the opportunity to learn and practice the hands-on portion of the program. The curriculum is written in a way that easily transitions the online students with the on-campus students. The evening on-campus class time ranges from 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on the course.
