In the Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration program, students are given instruction on basic human anatomy and physiology, disease processes and the associated pharmacotherapy, and medical terminology. They are also instructed on administrative skills including medical charting and filing, financial record-keeping, proper processing of medical insurance claims, and other routine medical office procedures. The Ross campus in Cincinnati’s Medical Insurance Billing and Office Administration program has five modules. The course is structured so that the modules can be completed in any order. Upon successfully completing the program in Cincinnati, students should be prepared to work in entry-level positions such as Medical Receptionist, Medical Secretary, Billing Clerk, Patient Account Representative, and Patient Services Representative.

Ross Medical Education Center provides Dental Assistant training in Cincinnati. In this training program, students will be instructed on clinical as well as administrative skills relevant to the dental office. Some of the clinical skills include the processing of radiographs, taking and recording vital signs, and taking impressions.
