Nursing Assistant Program
Ross Medical Education Center provides Nursing Assistant training in Midland, Grand Rapids, and Kalamazoo. The Nursing Assistant program prepares the student for employment in a variety of entry-level healthcare positions. Instructors in this program will follow the curriculum of instruction as described in the 1991 State of Michigan Nurse Aide Training Curriculum Model and students will be trained to perform the specific skills that are required to pass the skills portion of the State of Michigan Nurse Aide Certification Examination as administered by Thompson Prometric. Students will also be instructed and tested on the concepts and information which are required for the written portion of the State of Michigan Nurse Aide Certification Examination as administered by Thompson Prometric. The tuition for this program is $985 which includes a $25 non-refundable application fee.
All Ross Medical Education Center and Ross College campuses are institutionally Accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
